Intolerant to dairy products? Please, abstain!

Those who are not though shall definitely record the following reference into their address book: Lady Bù.
Well, yes, the name hardly sounds like a refined style expression, doesn't it?, but what counts most here is substance.

And we have plenty of matter here: a mozzarella, ricotta and yoghurt concentrate ... and so on and so forth!

You come here for your gourmet shopping, but you can also seat down to one of the tables from light wood and let yourself treated to a nice deli journey to watch out for the most secret and appealing tastes.

The cooking expertise is guaranteed by the two young and promising chefs who have been coaching Aimo and Nadia for years, Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani; furthermore it is masterly and lightly led by the smart Riccardo Orfino.

The non-fried parmigiana (eggplant-based stew) is terrific, salads are delicious (super cool yoghurt and mustard dressing!), all matched with some light heated, crisp bread from Matera and a small dish of mind-blowing Mancianti olive oil from Umbria.

We didn't get as far as the desserts, but the names themselves were most promising: we won't definitely miss them on the next occasion.
No doubt on it: this is the perfect place for an intimate dinner with friends or for a very yummy aperitif, but also for a take-away dinner you're going to remember (and do not forget to take a bit of focaccia with tomatoes!).
